Help us create a better future, quicker

Are you passionate about using data and insight to solve problems, improve customer outcomes and drive meaningful change? ScottishPower is looking for a Business Analyst to help shape and improve customer operations across our Customer Business function, with a particular focus on Social Media and Homemove.

What you’ll be doing

This is an opportunity to influence how we manage and enhance customer experiences across high-profile channels including Facebook, Facebook Messenger, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and Trustpilot. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll use data, performance insight and root cause analysis to identify opportunities for improvement, uncover underlying issues and support the delivery of sustainable operational change.

You'll analyse customer, operational, quality and compliance information to understand trends, challenge performance and turn findings into practical recommendations. Working closely with operational leaders, suppliers and business improvement teams, you'll help implement solutions that improve efficiency, strengthen compliance, reduce repeat demand and enhance the overall customer experience.

What you’ll bring

We're looking for someone who can confidently interpret complex data and translate it into clear, evidence-based actions. You'll be comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels, leading improvement activity and managing change through to successful adoption. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint will be key to success in the role.

This position would suit someone with experience identifying process improvements, solving operational challenges and delivering measurable business outcomes within a customer-focused environment.

In return, you'll play a key role in helping the business identify risks, improve performance and deliver better outcomes for customers. Your insight will shape decisions, influence change and make a visible impact across the organisation.

What’s in it for you

As well as a competitive salary which is reviewed annually, you can also enjoy a number of other benefits. With our pension scheme, we’ll double match your contribution up to a company contribution of 10%.

At ScottishPower, we believe it’s the little things we do in life that make a big difference. From helping you look after your family’s wellbeing, save for your future and take personal steps for climate action – our benefits are designed to help you do just that - so that you have everything you need to take care of your world – today and tomorrow. That’s why our benefits include:
