Senior Environmental, Social, and Governance Analyst

Position Summary

The Senior ESG Analyst is responsible for managing Ichor's ESG data, performance measurement, and reporting processes. This role will maintain the company's ESG data infrastructure, GHG inventory, dashboards, and disclosures while providing actionable insights that support ESG performance improvement, regulatory compliance, customer requirements, and progress toward Science Based Targets (SBTs).

Key Responsibilities

ESG Data, Analytics & Performance Management

• Own ESG data governance, data quality, validation processes, and audit readiness.
• Manage ESG data collection, reporting calendars, methodologies, and supporting documentation.
• Develop and maintain ESG dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Monitor performance against ESG goals and targets, identifying trends, risks, gaps, and opportunities.

Climate & Emissions Management

• Maintain and analyze the company's GHG inventory, including Scope 1, Scope 2, and applicable Scope 3 emissions.
• Track progress toward Science Based Targets (SBTs) and develop forecasts and scenario analyses.
• Partner with Operations, Facilities, Supply Chain, Procurement, and EHS teams to quantify emissions reduction initiatives and measure results.
• Recommend corrective actions and performance improvement opportunities when targets are at risk.

Stakeholder Reporting & Disclosures

Support customer questionnaires, supplier assessments, ESG ratings, audits, and data requests.

Coordinate ESG reporting aligned with applicable regulatory and voluntary frameworks, including IFRS S1/S2, California Climate Laws, GRI, CDP, and EcoVadis.

Maintain approved ESG metrics, disclosure responses, evidence files, emissions methodologies, and supporting documentation.

Ensure ESG and climate-related disclosures are accurate, traceable, and audit-ready.

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or 3 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree; or a PhD in a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience with GHG accounting, ESG reporting frameworks, and performance measurement.

Advanced Excel and data visualization skills; experience with ESG reporting or business intelligence tools preferred.

Strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

For candidates based in California: The pay range for this position is $96,600 - $164,200 per Year.

For candidates based in Minnesota: The pay range for this position is $72,000 - $122,400 per Year.

Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure, and relevant education or training.
