As a Data & Reporting Analyst Lead at ICON, you will lead the development and implementation of data analysis and reporting strategies to support business decision-making.

What You Will Do

You will oversee scientific operations workstreams, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.

Key responsibilities include

Driving the development and implementation of data reporting solutions that enable effective business decision-making.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for reporting optimization and data insights across various departments.
Overseeing the collection, interpretation, and presentation of data to inform business strategies and operational decisions.
Providing strategic guidance on the integration of data analytics and reporting tools into existing workflows and systems.
Establishing partnerships with external stakeholders to leverage emerging technologies and trends in data analytics and reporting.

You will have solid scientific operations experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities and develop your team.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline
Extensive experience in data analysis and reporting, with a focus on business intelligence and data visualization tools.
Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex reporting initiatives.
Expertise in data interpretation and analytics, with proficiency in tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
