What We Need

The Lead Digital Producer is the digital engine behind TikTok Radio Presents: Social Club. Partnering closely with the show's Executive Producer, you'll pitch, develop and produce digital-first content for the nightly live stream, book the creators who join the show, turn each episode into a steady stream of clips, and grow the audience across TikTok, the iHeartRadio app and beyond. This role is equal parts producer, editor, community manager and analyst, and it's built for someone who lives on TikTok and knows what makes creators and fans show up.

Schedule: This is an evening role. Hours are 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM ET (12:00 PM to 8:00 PM PT), aligned to the nightly live show.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with the show's Executive Producer to pitch, develop and create digital-first content for the hour-long nightly live stream, plus companion digital content that promotes and elevates our creators
  • Lead booking and scheduling of third-party creators to appear on the show as the fourth mic, managing outreach, confirmations and day-of logistics
  • Prepare research, questions and content ideas for each guest, and plan what to capture on site with talent before, during and after the show
  • Clip and edit video from the nightly live show for distribution across TikTok Radio brand handles and creator accounts, tailored to each platform's format and trends
  • Deliver daily digital analytics recaps on show and clip performance, with clear recommendations to optimize content, scheduling and promotion
  • Lead coordination of push notifications, emails, in-app messages, newsletters and other owned channels to drive digital audiences to the show, working with app, CRM and marketing partners
  • Community manage the TikTok Radio social handles: respond to and engage with fans, spark conversation in comments and chat, and surface community insights to the team
  • Stay on top of TikTok trends, sounds, creators and platform features, and bring fresh ideas to keep the show ahead of the culture

What You'll Need

Required

  • 1+ years of experience in digital production, social media or video content, ideally in music, entertainment or media
  • Deep fluency in TikTok, including LIVE, creator culture, trends and platform best practices
  • A deep understanding of youth and internet culture: the creators, sounds, memes and conversations shaping what Gen Z and young millennial audiences watch, share and talk about
  • Strong short-form video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar), with a fast turnaround on clips
  • Experience booking or working directly with creators, talent or their teams
  • Comfort with social and app analytics, and the ability to turn data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a voice that connects with fans
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, live environment
  • Availability to work the 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM ET (12:00 PM to 8:00 PM PT) schedule
  • Additional Locations: Los Angeles, CA (Burbank - Olive)
