ABOUT IIX GLOBAL

IIX (Impact Investment Exchange) is a Singapore-headquartered pioneer in impact investing, connecting capital markets with sustainable development. For over 17 years, IIX has been building the infrastructure for impact — structuring innovative financial instruments such as the Women's Livelihood Bond™ Series, running enterprise technical assistance programs, and developing data platforms such as IIX Values™ and IIX Intelligence™ that serve impact investors, enterprises, and communities across Asia, the Pacific, and Africa.

Our work spans impact-linked securities, blended finance, gender-lens investing, and climate finance — including the Orange Movement™, which brings gender equality and climate action together in capital markets. We are a lean, mission-obsessed team. Everyone here wears multiple hats, moves fast, and cares deeply about the work. If that energizes you, you'll thrive at IIX.

About the Role

IIX is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to produce the visual assets that carry IIX's brand and impact story to investors, partners, enterprises, and the wider public. Working within the Marketing team, this individual will turn data, research, and campaign messages into clear, on-brand designs across social media, digital campaigns, investor and partner presentations, impact reports, event collateral, and short-form video.

The role supports IIX's flagship platforms — including the Women's Livelihood Bond™ Series, the Orange Movement™, IIX Intelligence™, and IIX Values™ — and requires someone who can work quickly across multiple requests while keeping every output consistent with IIX's brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Design work at IIX ranges from fast-turnaround social graphics to data-heavy impact reports and investor-facing decks. Candidates who are comfortable translating complex information into simple, compelling visuals will thrive in this role.

Design Production (Digital & Print)

  • Create a wide range of design assets, including social media graphics, digital advertisements, email banners, web page visuals, brochures, flyers, and event collateral
  • Focus on website and landing page design for the brand
  • Focused designing for but not limited to LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, all IIX websites (IIX Global, Orange Movement, IIX Values, IIX Impact Partners, etc.), and EDMs via Mailchimp.
  • Prepare final design files for print and digital media, ensuring correct specifications, adherence to brand guidelines, and industry standards

Infographics & Data Visualization

Design infographics, charts, and visual summaries that communicate impact data, research findings, and bond performance clearly to non-technical audiences

Support the layout and design of impact reports, research publications, and knowledge products

Presentations & Partner Materials

Design and format presentations, pitch materials, and one-pagers for investors, partners, and events using PowerPoint and Google Slides

Build and maintain reusable presentation and document templates so teams across IIX can produce on-brand materials independently

Motion & Video

Produce short animations, motion graphics, and basic video edits for social media and campaigns using After Effects and Premiere Pro

Brand Stewardship

Apply IIX's brand guidelines consistently across all channels and sub-brands, flagging inconsistencies and proposing updates where guidelines fall short

Maintain an organized, up-to-date library of brand assets, templates, logos, and source files

Creative Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Social Media & Content team, copywriters, and program teams to translate briefs into visual concepts
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to campaign and content concepts
  • Communicate design ideas and rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and incorporate feedback efficiently

Project Management

Manage multiple design requests at once, tracking deadlines, prioritizing with the line manager, and providing regular status updates

Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all outputs, including proofreading text within designs

KPI

  • On-time delivery of design requests against agreed deadlines
  • Turnaround time for standard requests (e.g., social graphics) within agreed service levels
  • Number of revision rounds per asset, with most assets approved within two rounds
  • Brand compliance — no assets published outside IIX brand guidelines
  • Number of reusable templates built and adopted by other teams
  • Contribution to campaign and social media performance (engagement on design-led posts) in collaboration with the Social Media & Content team
  • Completeness and organization of the brand asset library
