Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic Business Development Associate to support our Export–Import, Freight Forwarding & Logistics verticals. The role involves general sales activities, targeted calling, LMS updates, follow-ups, quoting support, and close coordination with internal teams—while learning about customs, logistics, and international forwarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted sales calls and generate leads
• Schedule meetings, track follow-ups, and maintain communication
• Update LMS/CRM with leads, activities, meeting outcomes, and pipeline status
• Support quote preparation, rate negotiation inputs, and strategic planning
• Coordinate with operations for shipment info and customer updates
• Assist customers with basic EXIM, customs, and freight queries (training provided)
• Maintain daily/weekly sales reports (DSRs)
• Support other sales and business development activities as required

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
• Good follow-up discipline and customer handling ability
• Willingness to learn EXIM, customs, and forwarding processes
• Proficiency in MS Office & Google Sheets
• Positive attitude, organised, and target-driven
