Graphic Designer

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop design concepts in line with the creative briefs.
• Working under the guidance and in collaboration with the senior members of the team, execute small to medium scale projects,
• from conception to delivery by creating original work that is creatively effective and demonstrates fresh thinking.
• Design clear engaging graphic communications for different mediums and applications.
• (This could include but are not limited to reports, brochures, campaign pieces, website and social media graphics,
• presentations, brand guidelines and others)
• Assist with the creation and updating of a variety of internal communications.
• (This could include but are not limited to website and blog updates, presentations, social media posts, space signage and others)
• Independently manage own work queue, related tools and proactively engage with other teams when needed.
• Ensure practice of standard design process
• Ensure a high standard of personal discipline and organizational engagement.

Requirements

• Compelling portfolio of graphic design work. An individual should be able to craft and execute a vision with creativity and style
• Strong creative and analytical skills
• Must be proficient in design programs including Adobe Creative Suite
• Creative self-starter who is comfortable with both taking initiative and working in collaboration
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Energetic, task-oriented, with strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Quick learner, detail oriented, efficient and dependable
• High sense of urgency and must be able to work well under pressure
