Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and Talent Acquisition activities.
• Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn and job portals.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
• Assist with job postings and other HR activities.

Requirements

• MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in HR and recruitment.
• Willingness to work onsite from our Whitefield, Bangalore office.
