*Job Responsibilities*
- Manage the complete Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) cycle from PR to PO, material receipt, invoice processing, and payment coordination.
- Review PRs for specifications, quantity, approvals, and delivery requirements.
- Identify suppliers, float RFQs, obtain and analyze quotations.
- Prepare comparative statements and negotiate price, payment terms, delivery, and commercial conditions.
- Prepare and release Purchase Orders (POs) after necessary approvals.
- Monitor open POs and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with Stores, Quality, Accounts, Production, and Engineering for smooth procurement.
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve delivery, quality, and commercial issues.
- Maintain procurement records and reports using SAP and MS Excel.
*Required Skills*
- Strong knowledge of P2P cycle and procurement processes.
- Good vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and commercial understanding.
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel.
- Good communication, coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple procurement requirements and priorities.
