Vendor Onboarding Executive - Vertoz

What we want

We are looking for a Vendor Onboarding Executive to join our team. You will onboard new vendors and partners in our internal system, making sure each one is verified, contracted and approved before any work or payment begins.

What you will do

• •Collect and verify vendor documents: company registration, tax and bank details, certifications and references.
• •Run the vendor workflow in the system: due-diligence checklist, internal approvals, and activation.
• •Coordinate contract and agreement execution with legal, finance and the business owner track signatures and renewal dates.
• •Maintain the vendor master record: contacts, payment terms, service scope and document expiry.
• •Work with finance to confirm bank and tax details before a vendor is enabled for payment.
• •Follow up on pending items with vendors, and escalate delays and risk flags.
• •Run periodic reviews for expiring documents and inactive vendors.
• •Prepare a regular report on vendors in progress, approved and rejected.

Requirements

• •Graduate in any stream; 2–4 years in vendor management, procurement support, onboarding or back-office operations.
• •Strong attention to detail, especially on financial and legal documents.
• •Good written English and professional vendor communication.
• •Working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets and web-based workflow systems.
• •Comfortable with confidentiality, compliance and audit requirements.
• Good to have
• •Understanding of contracts, NDAs and basic vendor risk checks.
• •Experience with registry, registrar, hosting or ad-tech partner onboarding.
