Job Overview

• We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing
• scalable cloud and DevOps solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong
• expertise in Kubernetes, GitOps, Terraform, Azure, GCP, and CI/CD, along
• with solid architectural and technical leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and
• maintain scalable, secure, and highly available DevOps and cloud
• infrastructure.
• Architect and manage Kubernetes environments for containerized applications.
• Implement and maintain GitOps practices for automated and controlled application and infrastructure
• deployments.
• Develop and manage
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Design and support cloud
• solutions across Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Build, enhance, and
• maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to enable automated build, testing,
• deployment, and release processes.
• Collaborate with
• Development, QA, Security, and Architecture teams to improve software
• delivery and operational efficiency.
• Establish DevOps best
• practices for monitoring, logging, security, scalability, reliability, and
• disaster recovery.
• Troubleshoot complex
• infrastructure, deployment, and production issues.
• Participate in
• infrastructure and application architecture discussions and provide
• recommendations for scalable technical solutions.
• Lead and mentor DevOps
• engineers and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Drive DevOps automation
• initiatives and continuously improve engineering processes and platform
• reliability.
• Ensure adherence to
• security, governance, and compliance standards across cloud environments.

Requirements

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall
• experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or related
• areas.
• Strong hands-on
• expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Proven experience
• implementing GitOps methodologies and deployment workflows.
• Strong experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Hands-on experience with Azure and GCP cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of
• designing and managing CI/CD pipelines.

Experience with cloud

• infrastructure architecture, scalability, high availability, and security.
• Strong understanding of
• DevOps tools, automation, source control, and release management.
• Ability to troubleshoot
• complex cloud, infrastructure, and deployment issues.

Experience in technical

• architecture and solution design.
• Demonstrated leadership
• skills, including mentoring engineers and driving technical
• initiatives.
• Excellent communication,
• problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Docker

• and containerized application deployments.
• Knowledge of monitoring
• and observability tools.

Experience implementing

• DevSecOps practices.
• Relevant Azure, GCP,
• Kubernetes, or Terraform certifications would be an added advantage.

Experience working in

Agile/Scrum environments.
