• Australia Shift: 7 AM - 4 PM IST
• Balance Sheet reconciliations x 3 entities (summary main accounts every month, Detailed quarterly)
• preparation for Monthly BAS x 3 entities
• month end journals (Accruals, Rebates) x 3 entities (backup support)
• Understand and assist with Payroll accounting tasks when required (not payroll prep or function)
• Preparation of monthly P&L, Bal sheet reporting pack for review (2 packs) 1st review through to CFO review
• Variance to budget and previous year Analysis
• Manufacturing accounting
• Inventory analysis , purchasing and stock on hand accounting
• STD costing and moving average accounting impact on reports
• Sage 300 SME as 1st tier admin
• Xero accounting for a USA Entity
• Financial accounting for four smaller entities minimal entries (RC Services, NME, Singapore & Dog Cloud Aust)
• Adhoc reporting and tasks as instructed by the CFO
