Tech Lead – Digital Marketing & Outreach

Bisani Legal is a Bengaluru law firm advising businesses and individuals on corporate and commercial law, contracts, IP, employment, real estate, disputes and recovery. We run on Zoho One and are building a modern, digital-first practice.

We are looking for a Tech Lead – Digital Marketing & Outreach to own the Firm's online presence and digital outreach.

What you will do

• Website & search: manage the WordPress website; SEO and AEO (visibility in Google and AI assistants such as ChatGPT); publish articles, FAQs and service pages prepared with the lawyers.
• Social & content: run LinkedIn and other channels with informational legal content; plan a monthly content calendar.
• Outreach: email newsletters and campaigns (Zoho Campaigns / Marketing Automation) to opted-in contacts, including GCC outreach; track results.
• Chat & lead capture: maintain the website chat bot (Zoho SalesIQ), forms and lead tracking into Zoho CRM; dashboards on enquiries by source.
• Tech support: help the team with Zoho One set-up and small automations.

What you bring

• 1–3 years in digital marketing, SEO or marketing technology.
• Hands-on with WordPress, Google Analytics / Search Console and LinkedIn; Zoho experience is a strong plus.
• Clear writing; ability to turn lawyers' notes into simple, accurate content.
• Understanding of data protection (DPDP Act 2023) and consent-based outreach.

Engagement

Professional retainer (consultancy) with Bisani Legal, Jayanagar 7th Block, Bengaluru – office-based.

Office hours 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (Sundays and second Saturdays off); 12 medical and 16 casual/family leave days a year.

Monthly retainer based on experience, plus performance incentives.

Law firms in India may not advertise or solicit work (Bar Council of India Rules). All outreach must be informational and professional – no "best lawyer" claims, testimonials, guarantees of results, or paid referral commissions. You will work within these rules and the Firm's approval process.
