Responsibilities

• ·Own and deliver features end-to-end,
• from requirement analysis through production deployment.
• ·Design, develop, test, deploy,
• and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
• ·Translate business requirements
• into effective and maintainable technical solutions.
• ·Participate in technical
• design, architecture discussions, code reviews, CI/CD, deployment, and
• production support.
• ·Ensure code quality,
• performance, security, and maintainability through engineering best practices.
• ·Troubleshoot complex technical
• issues and drive effective root-cause resolution.
• ·Collaborate with
• cross-functional teams and communicate technical solutions clearly.
• ·Mentor junior developers and
• contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices.
• ·Demonstrate strong ownership
• and leadership potential, with a path toward a Technical Lead / Engineering
• Leadership role.

Requirements

• ·Backend: Strong hands-on experience in Python, with expertise in FastAPI,
• Flask, and/or Django; REST API development and backend engineering.
• ·Frontend: Strong hands-on experience with React.js and JavaScript,
• including modern frontend development and API integration.
• ·Database: Strong understanding of PostgreSQL/MySQL, database design,
• SQL, data modeling, indexing, and query optimization.
• ·Cloud: Hands-on experience with AWS and deployment of cloud-based
• applications.
• ·DevOps & CI/CD: Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and automated
• build, testing, and deployment processes.
• ·SDLC: Strong understanding of the complete software development
• lifecycle from requirements, design, development, testing, and code review
• to deployment and production support.
• ·Engineering Practices: Experience with code reviews, testing, debugging, API design,
• production support, and scalable application development.
• ·Communication: Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
