Senior Network Engineer

• ·Monitor network availability, performance, and
• reliability across enterprise environments.
• ·Provide Level-3 support for complex network
• incidents, changes, and problems.
• ·Configure, install, troubleshoot, and maintain
• routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, wireless, and data center network
• components.
• ·Plan, design, and execute IT changes and network
• projects with proper documentation and governance.
• ·Perform trend analysis, identify potential
• network problems, and drive proactive remediation.
• ·Create and maintain troubleshooting guides,
• knowledge articles, and operational documentation.
• ·Ensure accurate incident, change, and problem
• records using standard ITSM processes.

Requirements

• ·Strong understanding of OSI model, TCP/IP,
• routing, switching, VLANs, LACP, RSTP, IGMP, QoS, and routing protocols
• including BGP.
• ·Hands-on experience with enterprise LAN, WAN,
• Wi-Fi, firewall, VPN, and data center network environments.
• ·Experience with Cisco Nexus/NX-OS, F5 Load
• Balancers, ASA, Juniper SRX, Palo Alto, and multi-vendor Wi-Fi platforms such
• as Cisco and Juniper Mist.
• ·Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues
• using monitoring tools and packet analysis tools such as Wireshark.
• ·Good knowledge of incident, change, and problem
• management practices.

Experience with F5 LTM, web application

• firewalls, RADIUS, IPVPN technologies such as GRE/IPsec, and network automation
• or scripting using Python and ansible.
• ·Knowledge of ITIL framework and relevant
• networking certifications will be an added advantage.
