Job Requirement

Required Qualifications

4–7+ years of experience in supply chain planning or

analytics.

• Proven experience with o9 platform configuration and

implementation.

• Strong understanding of supply chain processes

(demand/supply planning, S&OP, inventory optimization).

• Hands-on experience with IBPL scripting and data

modelling.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication

skills. Preferred Skills:

• o9 Platform certification (e.g., Technical Configuration

Level II,DP-SP Reference Model).

• Experience in industries like retail, manufacturing, or

consumer goods.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation &

Configuration

• Lead and participate in
• the full o9 implementation lifecycle:
• Requirement gathering,
• solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and
• support.
• Configure o9 modules
• such as: • Demand Planning , Supply Planning , Integrated Business
• Planning (IBP) ,Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) & Control

Tower

• Customize the o9
• platform using IBPL (o9’s scripting language).
• Design and configure
• data models and workflows to support planning processes and what-if
• analysis. Functional Support
• Troubleshoot and resolve
• post-implementation issues.
• Perform manual and
• automated data uploads.
• Validate end-to-end
• workflows and ensure data accuracy.
• Create and present Proof
• of Concepts (PoCs) to stakeholders.
