SAP - ABAP - Senior Associate

This is a remote position.

Assisting in managing multiple client engagements and reporting to senior management

• Leading and mentoring junior staff to enhance team performance and technical skills
• Establishing and maintaining effective client relationships to support business development
• Contributing to the development of technical acumen within the team
• Staying informed on local and national business and economic trends
• Engaging in business development activities to identify and research new opportunities
• Developing internal relationships and enhancing your personal brand within the firm
• Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for process improvement and optimization
• Implementing SAP solutions such as SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Fiori, and SAP HANA to drive business transformation
• Applying analytical thinking and strategic technology planning to solve complex business issues

Requirements

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
• Demonstrating proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)
• Utilizing SAP Fiori and SAP HANA for business transformation
• Excelling in strategic technology planning and process optimization
• Embracing change and fostering innovation in SAP environments
• Building meaningful client connections and anticipating their needs
• Navigating complexity with analytical thinking and problem-solving skill
