Requirements

Responsibilities

• 2–4 years of experience as a Technical Writer
• A portfolio or writing samples demonstrating clear, structured, and user-friendly documentation across product guides, help centers, release notes, or technical content (academic qualifications are secondary — we evaluate based on writing quality and clarity)
• Proficiency with documentation and collaboration tools such as Confluence, Notion, Google Docs, or Markdown editors

• Ability to work across different content formats — from help center articles and tooltips to product walkthroughs and API documentation.
• Incorporating user feedback and testing outcomes to continuously improve content quality and usability.
• Collaborating closely with design, product, and engineering teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of documentation.
