Customer Relationship Executive - Female only

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and professional female candidate to connect with doctors over the phone, build strong relationships, and introduce them to NVRON’s Clinical Partner Network.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Explain NVRON’s products, services, and Clinical Partner Network.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with doctors.
• Follow up with doctors and coordinate onboarding.
• Maintain call records and daily reports in the company system.
• Achieve daily calling and monthly onboarding targets.

Requirements

• Female candidates with excellent English communication skills.
• Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service or tele-calling experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of an additional language such as Kannada, Hindi, or Telugu is an added advantage.
• Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
• B.Pharm freshers can also apply.

• Ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals.
• Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
• Professional approach and willingness to learn.
