Operations Executive

Job Summary

• We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations
• Executive to manage operational coordination, MIS reporting, business
• performance monitoring, and process execution. The candidate will coordinate
• with multiple departments, analyse business data, monitor operational
• activities, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and business
• requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• ·Coordinate and monitor day-to-day business and retail operations
• across locations.
• ·Ensure timely execution of operational requirements and follow up
• on pending activities.
• ·Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyse business and
• operational data.
• ·Analyse performance trends, identify deviations, and highlight
• improvement areas.
• ·Monitor implementation of company SOPs, policies, and operational
• guidelines.
• ·Coordinate with Retail, Warehouse, Procurement, Finance, HR, IT,
• Marketing, and other departments.
• ·Track inventory movements, stock discrepancies, returns,
• dispatches, and warehouse-related issues.
• ·Coordinate operational audits and follow up on corrective actions
• and pending observations.
• ·Support new store openings, product launches, installations, and
• other business projects.
• ·Coordinate ERP/POS-related issues with IT and follow up until
• resolution.
• ·Identify recurring operational issues, analyse root causes,
• recommend improvements, and ensure timely closure.
• ·Maintain operational documentation, trackers, and management
• reports.

Requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills

• ·Graduate in any discipline
• ·1–3 years of experience in Operations, Retail Operations, Business
• Operations.
• ·Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, Pivot
• Tables, and lookup functions.
• ·Experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, and dashboard
• preparation.
• ·Working knowledge of ERP/POS systems is preferred.
• ·Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• ·Ability to identify operational issues, analyse root causes, and
• implement effective solutions.
• ·Ability to handle operational challenges independently and
• coordinate with relevant teams.
• ·Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• ·Strong ownership, time management, and ability to manage multiple
• responsibilities.
