- Drive Agile delivery for the IBU Consumer data engineering team across distributed time zones.
- Facilitate sprint ceremonies, backlog grooming and release planning
- Remove blockers, track velocity and report delivery metrics to stakeholders
- Coordinate handoffs between onshore and offshore shifts
