- Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Work with stakeholders to identify AI/automation use cases and business workflows.
- Define acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional documentation.
- Coordinate UAT, requirement validation, and stakeholder feedback.
- Strong Agile/Scrum experience; exposure to AI/GenAI projects preferred.
