Senior Product Manager (Passenger Experience)

At inDrive, a passenger and a driver agree on a price in seconds. What happens next, from the moment the driver accepts the order until the passenger steps out of the car, decides whether that passenger will open inDrive again. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the passenger's ride experience : from driver assignment to a successfully completed trip. You will shape how passengers wait for and meet their driver, how they feel during the ride, and how the trip ends. This role goes beyond screens and flows. Your work will directly affect completed rides, cancellations, passenger trust and retention.
