Resource Manager

The Resource Manager is responsible for managing the allocation, utilization, and deployment of consultants across global regions and practices. Operating as part of a centralized Global Resource Management function based in India, this role serves as a key partner to delivery leaders, practice leaders, project managers, and business stakeholders across Americas, EMEA, APAC, and India. The Resource Manager ensures the right talent is assigned to the right opportunities while balancing business demand, consultant development, utilization targets, and workforce planning objectives.
