Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of cloud and on-premise ERP software implementation projects. In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their project objectives and take ownership of Infor’s contractual commitments as defined in the Statement of Work. You will lead implementation planning, coordinate project resources, manage project plans, financials, risks and overall execution, and ensure projects are delivered according to agreed scope, schedule and budget.

As the primary point of contact for the customer, you will build strong relationships with project stakeholders, manage customer expectations and satisfaction, and support customers in achieving successful go-lives and realizing the expected benefits from their Infor solution.
