We’re building a new technology capability at Infor that will help transform how our services organization delivers solutions and implementations to customers. This is an opportunity to join at an early stage and help shape something new. Rather than stepping into a mature product with established patterns and processes, you’ll be part of a small, senior technical team bringing a product engineering mindset to an environment that has traditionally been more project-oriented.
We’re looking for a Principal Software Engineer who combines strong architectural thinking with a genuine passion for hands-on engineering. You’ll be someone who can step back and think about architecture, scalability and long-term technical direction, while still enjoying the work of designing, building, experimenting and writing code. Not every problem will arrive with a predefined solution. You’ll have the opportunity to explore different approaches, make important technical decisions and help determine the right direction as the capability evolves.
