The Snr Director, Global HR Transformation and AI will lead the redesign and continuous improvement of processes, services and ways of working across Infor's global HR organisation. The role will create a clear view of how work moves across HR, identify opportunities to simplify and improve it, and convert those opportunities into a prioritised transformation portfolio. Working across HR, Information Technology, Data, Security, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Procurement, this leader will use process redesign, automation, analytics and responsible AI to improve service quality, increase speed, release capacity and strengthen the employee and manager experience.
Success will be measured through business outcomes, not by the number of technologies introduced.
