Within our EMEA Unified Services Centre, the Data & AI team helps customers unlock value from emerging technologies, accelerating adoption of Microsoft AI solutions and turning business challenges into measurable outcomes. As part of our Copilot and Agent Center of Excellence, we guide organizations from strategy and readiness through deployment, adoption, governance, and scale.

The Role

As a Senior Copilot & Agentic AI Delivery Consultant, you will help customers successfully adopt and scale Microsoft Copilot and Agentic AI solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor and technical delivery lead, you will transform business requirements into secure, production-ready solutions that drive measurable business value.

You will

• Lead customer workshops, discovery sessions, and AI opportunity assessments.
• Design and deliver Microsoft Copilot and Agentic AI solutions that address real business needs.
• Guide customers through readiness, adoption, governance, and change management activities.
• Deploy and configure solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and related technologies.
• Enable customer makers, champions, and administrators through training and knowledge transfer.
• Ensure security, governance, Responsible AI, and operational excellence are embedded throughout delivery.
• Measure adoption, usage, and business outcomes to support continuous improvement and expansion.
• Contribute reusable assets, best practices, and innovations to the EMEA Center of Excellence.

What Will Help You Succeed

We're looking for someone who combines technical expertise, consulting capability, and a passion for helping customers realize value from AI.

You will bring

Experience delivering customer-facing Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, AI, or cloud solutions.

Proven success leading technical engagements from discovery through deployment and adoption.

Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Agentic AI technologies.

Strong understanding of security, governance, identity, compliance, and Responsible AI principles.

Experience facilitating workshops, training users, and supporting organizational adoption.

The ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable technology solutions.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical audiences.

A growth mindset, curiosity for emerging technologies, and a passion for innovation.
