Location: Pune

This position is in India and has the opportunity for hybrid work with a few days in office per week.

Position Overview: Ingram Micro is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our pricing platform. This position will require a strong background in product management, basic understanding of pricing and discount strategies, discount structures, quoting workflows, be a voice for building delightful user experiences, be technical to build platform driven capabilities, with a proven track record of successfully delivering customer-centric solutions.

This role requires a candidate who is adept at collaborating with a diverse group of stakeholders, even when their goals may occasionally conflict.

Responsibilities

• Shape the strategy of the global adoption of the pricing and discount platform as well as enabling bid-based businesses across vendors.
• Own the development of global and self-serve enablement features for the bid-based business executing on the strategy and roadmap.
• Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria based on customer feedback.
• Prioritize feature development and enhancements based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, Product, Sales and Marketing teams to enhance the rigor of experimentation and improve self-service capabilities across all functions.
• Act as a change agent to drive adoption of the pricing platform across the organization.
• Monitor product performance and key metrics, analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement, and drive continuous optimization.
• Act as a functional leader and subject matter expert, working closely with other Product Managers working in this area for delivering outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of product management experience, product experience in pricing and discount platforms highly preferred.
• Basic understanding of pricing, discount and cost models
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing features for software products and platforms from conception to delivery.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making including writing SQL queries and python.
• Experience working with agile methodologies and cross-functional teams.
• Passion for innovation and driving positive change in the experimentation and feature flag management landscape.
• Proven technical expertise and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
