Job Summary
Are you passionate about turning cutting-edge AI into measurable business impact? As the Director, Applied AI, you will lead the strategy, delivery, and adoption of transformational AI solutions across Insulet's most critical functions, including Quality, Global Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Medical, Clinical, Regulatory, and Post-Market organizations.
In this highly visible leadership role, you will partner with senior business leaders to identify high-value opportunities and translate them into scalable AI and data products that enhance quality, compliance, operational performance, decision-making, and ultimately patient outcomes.
As a key leader within the Enterprise AI & Data organization, you will combine deep applied AI expertise with product leadership, business partnership, and change management to move innovative ideas from concept to enterprise-wide impact. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping how AI is embedded into day-to-day operations, ensuring solutions are trusted, adopted, and capable of delivering lasting value.
