Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES) brings the power of the Intuit platform to mid-market businesses, helping them run with confidence and prosper. As a Principal GTM Planning & Operations Manager, you will turn go-to-market strategy into a data-driven plan and align Sales, BDRs, Renewals, Marketing, Channel, and Product Marketing around it. This role splits roughly 70% sales strategy and planning and 30% program management. You will use data to shape the operating plan and strengthen how sellers sell, and you will run the cadence that keeps the full GTM motion on time, aligned, and driving results.
Responsibilities
- Define and track the KPIs that measure sales performance, productivity, and the health of the funnel.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to sales leadership, surfacing risks and opportunities and recommending data-backed actions.
- Drive continuous improvement of sales processes, policies, and tools, reducing friction and increasing seller selling time.
- Assist in driving (e.g., Salesforce) strategy and the broader sales tech stack, ensuring clean data, effective automation, and a productive seller experience.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Enablement, Product, and Finance to align on GTM strategy and execution.
- Own the end-to-end GTM planning and coordination process across PMM, Demand Generation, Channel, and Sales, from strategy through execution and readiness.
- Build and maintain the integrated GTM calendar and operating plan, mapping dependencies, milestones, and owners across all four functions.
- Run the operating cadence — planning cycles, cross-functional stand-ups, launch readiness reviews, and status reporting — that keeps teams synchronized.
- Proactively identify risks, gaps, and roadblocks across the GTM motion and drive them to resolution before they impact timelines or results.
Minimum qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, sales strategy and planning, or a related go-to-market operations role at a large, complex B2B SaaS company.
- Led large, cross-functional programs end to end, from alignment and design through development, execution, and adoption. Examples include CRM migrations, analytics and dashboard rollouts, sales compensation plan redesigns, and fiscal-year planning.
- Deep sales operations expertise in areas such as forecasting, opportunity management, funnel and pipeline analytics, and top-of-funnel processes.
- Strategic thinker who has also done the hands-on work and knows what worked and what didn’t.
- Strong understanding of the go-to-market motion and how PMM, Demand Generation, Channel, and Sales work together.
- Experience in a multi-layered, matrixed environment, with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- AI fluency: you use AI as a default part of your daily work to plan, analyze, report, and automate, not as an occasional experiment.
- Exceptional organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage many moving parts without dropping details.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and fast-changing priorities, and bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to fast-moving initiatives.
Preferred qualifications
Experience leading a revenue operations team or managing contractors.
Experience supporting a mid-market or enterprise B2B SaaS go-to-market organization.
Familiarity with GTM and project tooling (e.g., Salesforce, BI dashboards, Asana/Jira).
PMP, Agile, or equivalent certification; Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
