Intuit Finance/FinTech

Principal Program Manager - GBSG Commercial Operations, US GTM

Mountain View, CA In person Full-time

Intuit is a mission-driven, global financial platform company that gives everyone the opportunity to prosper. We do this by using technology to solve our customers’ most important problems. We serve customers by finding more ways to put more money in their pockets, eliminating work and drudgery so they can focus on their lives and what matters to them, and ensuring that every financial decision that they make, they make it with confidence.

We are also at an important point in Intuit’s transformation, as AI and human intelligence reshape both the experiences we deliver for customers and how we operate. Across GBSG, that means making sharper choices about where we invest, how we grow, and how we move with greater speed and focus.

As a Principal Program Manager, you will sit at the center of Commercial Operations, the connective tissue driving execution across the commercial organization. You'll own the program management rhythm, drive the cross-functional programs that unlock growth and profitability, and turn ambiguous business problems into structured plans and decisions leadership can act on. Working at the intersection of program execution, data analysis, and AI-enabled operations, you'll partner closely with finance, marketing, sales, and product to translate priorities into roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes, and to build the operating cadence that keeps them on track.

Be part of a high-growth environment where your contributions have direct, visible impact. We are looking for a hands-on program leader who is an avid learner, experimenter, and builder, ready to rewire how Commercial Operations runs in the AI era.

Responsibilities

Program Management and Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead strategic programs from conception through execution, collaborating with finance, marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation. Build operational rigor through stakeholder identification and management, program roadmaps, detailed end-to-end plans, and clear ownership; identify risks and dependencies early, drive mitigation strategies, and keep leaders informed on status, tradeoffs, and the path to green.

Planning Rhythm and Operating Cadence: Own and run the operating cadence that keeps the quarterly and annual plan on track, including program reviews, milestone tracking, and decision forums. Help leaders make explicit choices about priorities, sequencing, and resourcing, and use AI-assisted tools to compress cycle time and get to decisions faster.

Performance and Data Analysis: Identify and recommend improvements to processes and systems, and use AI and automation to expand the scope and speed of analysis and to automate recurring reporting so effort shifts from data assembly to insight.

Executive Communication: Shape executive decisions by distilling program status, data, and tradeoffs into clear recommendations and alternatives. Communicate through crisp presentations, written narratives, structured program roadmaps, and dashboards that create the clarity and alignment leaders need to make decisions and move.

Operating in Ambiguity: Act as a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment without a fixed playbook. Frame the critical issues and dependencies that need action, determine the optimal path forward before issues become blockers, and operationalize creative solutions with resourcefulness.

AI Enablement and Velocity: Bring a demonstrated track record of using AI to meaningfully increase personal and team throughput. Design changes that address root causes rather than adding another process or layer.

This role demands a blend of program management expertise, analytical rigor, and leadership skills to drive effective execution and operational efficiencies in a complex and evolving environment.

7+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or strategy consulting, ideally with experience at large technology companies or management consulting.

Experience leading large, complex, cross-functional programs end to end, including roadmap development, milestone and dependency management, risk mitigation, and translating strategy into operating plans.

Track record of working cross‑functionally with product, data scientists, finance, and marketing channel owners. Familiarity with marketing measurement and performance metrics

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Ability to develop clear and impactful reports, roadmaps, and presentations for stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience influencing and building partnerships across all levels of an organization, up to senior executive audiences.

Proven ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills and a bias for action. Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth environment with ambiguity.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and KPI trend analysis a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degree such as an MBA or a program management certification (e.g., PMP) a plus.
