Business & Technology Partnership: Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Distribution, Marketing, Technology, Data and Operations to translate strategic objectives into actionable technology capabilities and investment priorities.

Architecture Governance & Standards: Establish and maintain governance frameworks, architectural standards and technology guardrails that ensure consistency, security, compliance and operational excellence.

Vendor & Platform Strategy: Provide architectural leadership for strategic technology partnerships and platform investments, guiding vendor selection, roadmap alignment and long-term technology decisions.

Transformation Leadership: Act as the recognised technical authority across major initiatives, influencing architectural decisions, managing technical risk and ensuring successful delivery of strategic outcomes.
