Total 10+ Years of recruiting industry experience
At least 8+ Years of experience in US recruiting industry
5+ Years of experience managing a team at least 8 recruiters

Good technology understanding
Good Visa understanding
·Education: Candidate Must have a full time bachelor’s degree
