Iron Mountain is seeking an enthusiastic Associate Software Engineer - to join our Globalscape team.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in designing, building, and deploying modern software solutions that expand our core platform capabilities. Working alongside seasoned developers, you’ll have the opportunity to turn fresh ideas into reliable code and explore multiple modern programming technologies. Here, your technical curiosity and problem-solving skills will directly help elevate our engineering standards and deliver dependable tools our enterprise customers trust every day.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) In this role, you will

• Solution Development: Design, develop, test, and implement clean, high-performing software applications in accordance with coding standards and technical designs.
• Architecture & Roadmap Support: Contribute to technical solution development roadmaps, business use cases, and platform evolution initiatives.
• Engineering Delivery: Identify and resolve technical gaps to ensure software solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with team members and engineering management, communicating regularly to maintain alignment and share best practices.
• What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications) The ideal candidate will have:
• Foundational software engineering experience or coursework developing and testing applications in an agile IT environment.
• Strong knowledge of core programming languages and frameworks such as .NET, Python, Java, Spring (Core, MVC, JDBC), and Hibernate or JPA.
• Familiarity with SQL Server, database scripting, web services (REST, SOAP), and frontend technologies like AngularJS, XML, or JSON.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and a Bachelor’s Engineering degree in CS, IS, IT, ECE, or equivalent.
