The Senior Director of Benefits & Wellbeing is a strategic leader responsible for advancing the organization’s total rewards strategy, with a focus on scalable, integrated benefits and wellbeing programs across the enterprise. This role elevates benefits from a programmatic function to a differentiated component of the associate value proposition.

The Senior Director partners closely with executive leadership to ensure programs drive business outcomes, enhance associate engagement, and reflect the organization’s mission and culture. This leader oversees complex program design, vendor ecosystems, and enterprise-wide wellbeing initiatives, while mentoring senior team members and shaping long-term strategy.
