- Currently, within our Global Design Center with office in Krakow, we are expanding the Project Controls Team and are looking for experienced professionals for the position of Project Controls Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project budgets for new and ongoing projects, prepare and maintain accurate project cost forecasts, including Estimate at Completion (EAC), and support project financial planning throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project costs, financial performance, profitability, and key project metrics to maintain financial transparency and support continuous improvement activities and effective decision-making.
- Identify and report project risks, cost variances, and emerging trends.
- Review project documentation and contracts to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and support operational compliance across projects.
- Support change management and assess the financial impact of project changes and change orders. Prepare project reports, dashboards, and financial analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support client invoicing, payment applications, and cash flow monitoring activities. develop and maintain client billing rates for Time & Material projects.
- Assist with subcontractor cost management, procurement-related activities, and financial reconciliations.
- Contribute to project performance reviews by providing financial insights and recommendations, support project close-out activities, reconciliations, and lessons learned.
- Provide financial insights and business partnering support to Project Managers and other stakeholders, collaborating across project, finance, and operational teams to support successful project delivery and informed business decisions.
