Your opportunity

TSA Ownership & Governance

  • Support management of the Transition Services Agreement (TSA) from post-signing through to the final executed agreement, helping maintain oversight throughout the TSA period until integration is complete.
  • Maintain and update the central view of TSA services, classifications, service levels, owners and dependencies across three firms.
  • Facilitate the monthly TSA governance forum with Insignia Financial, covering agenda, service level review, issue escalation, actions and follow-up.
  • Support maintenance of the TSA exit readiness tracker to help monitor exit progress, extension triggers and fee escalation.

Service Delivery Oversight

  • Monitor provider performance against agreed service levels for both core and non-core services, and evidence where delivery falls short of what was committed.
  • Track operational risk events, incidents, breaches and client complaints through to resolution within the agreed notification windows.
  • Identify and communicate potential service delivery concerns, providing supporting facts, business impact and recommended actions.
  • Support escalation of unresolved or material service issues to the Integration Programme Manager and Steering Committee, including relevant analysis and recommendations.

Relationship Management

  • Serve as a key day-to-day contact for provider project and service teams, helping maintain productive working relationships and support contractual obligations.
  • Work alongside the transferring investment teams in Sydney and Melbourne, and across UK and US time zones, to resolve issues before they need formal escalation.
  • Keep the relationship constructive: challenge performance without damaging the working partnership needed to exit the TSA cleanly.

Cross-Workstream Coordination

  • Coordinate TSA dependencies across Operations, Technology, Risk & Compliance, Legal, Distribution and Finance, given the agreement touches every workstream.
  • Translate contractual obligations into practical requirements that workstream leads can act on and drive them through to closure.
  • Identify and communicate where issues in one service may create risk in another, including Day 2 responsible entity transfer and Day 3 TSA exit dependencies

Hands-on Delivery

  • Take a hands-on approach to supporting delivery activities, including drafting mark-ups, coordinating stakeholder input, maintaining trackers and documenting meeting outcomes.
  • Be comfortable operating at both contractual detail and programme level, switching between the two as required.
  • Proactively identify gaps, ambiguity and unresolved placeholders in the agreement and drive them to a documented decision.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned.
  • What to expect when you join our firm
  • Hybrid working and reasonable accommodations
  • Paid volunteer time to step away from your desk and into the community
  • Support to grow through professional development courses, tuition/qualification reimbursement and more
  • Maternal/paternal leave benefits
  • Complimentary subscription to Headspace – the mindfulness app
  • Corporate membership to ClassPass and other health and well-being benefits
  • All employee events including networking opportunities and social activities
  • Must have skills
  • Minimum 4 years of project management experience, ideally with some direct exposure to Transition Services Agreement, outsourcing arrangement or other complex service contract.
  • Strong practical understanding of how a TSA works: scope, service levels, core versus non-core classification, fees and ratchets, exit and disengagement.
  • Proven ability to hold a service provider to account, evidence underperformance and escalate constructively without stalling delivery.
  • Experience monitoring service provider performance and supporting issue management and escalation activities.
  • Based in Australia and able to work alongside the transferring investment teams in Sydney or Melbourne, with overlap into UK and US time zones.
  • Highly personable and credible, able to build genuine working relationships with counterparties while still raising difficult issues.
  • Strong governance discipline: accurate trackers, clear minutes, documented decisions and no loose ends.
  • Confident written and verbal communication, able to pitch the message for a working group or a Steering Committee.
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity, incomplete documentation and competing priorities.
  • Experience tracking risks, issues and dependencies within project or operational environments.
  • Sound judgement with the ability to identify when issues require escalation and seek guidance where appropriate.
  • Comfortable rolling up sleeves to get work done, particularly during critical phases of the transition.
  • Pragmatic and solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Available to commence ahead of completion and to commit for the duration of the TSA period.
  • Nice to have skills
  • Previous post-merger integration or separation experience, particularly TSA exit and disengagement.
  • Familiarity with Australian asset management operating models, including responsible entity, custody and unit registry arrangements.
  • Working knowledge of investment platforms and market data vendors such as Bloomberg, FactSet and Aladdin.
