Overview of position

The Information Technology (IT) Architect provides technical leadership in the design and integration of enterprise technology solutions that support organizational objectives and business processes. The IT Architect works with business stakeholders, engineers, cybersecurity, and project teams to develop scalable, secure, and sustainable technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards. This position serves as a technical advisor and does not own business processes or applications.

A United States Citizenship and an active Secret DoD Security Clearance is required to be considered for this position.

• Evaluate technologies and recommend solutions that improve capability, interoperability, and efficiency.
• Ensuresolutionsincorporatecybersecurity,scalability,maintainability,andperformance
• Participateinarchitecturereviews,technicalgovernance, anddesign
• Identify technical risks and recommend mitigation
• Collaboratewithcross-functional teamstosupportsystemintegrationand modernizationefforts.

Qualifications

Enterprisearchitectureandsystemsdesign

Cloud,infrastructure,application,anddataarchitecture

Cybersecurityandinformationassurance

Systemsintegrationandtechnical documentation.

Stronganalytical,communication,andproblem-solving

Ability to collaborate across technical and business

Experience/Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Five or more years of experience in information technology, systems engineering, or solution

Experience designing enterprise or large-scale technical
