LEARNING EXPERIENCE DESIGNER

Location: KPJ Healthcare University - Headquarters

• Develop suitable and engagement academic infographic, videographics and other digital contents to support teaching and learning activities.
• Design and produce graphic materials, videos, and multimedia content for educational purposes, while also supporting KPJU Corporate communication needs, including website content and digital platforms.
• Create visually engaging graphic designs, animations, audio elements, music, and sound effects to improve the overall quality and effectiveness of multimedia productions.
• Set up, operate, and maintain cameras, lenses, lighting systems, audio equipment, and related tools for academic video recording, live streaming, and virtual learning sessions.
• Provide continuous technical support for KPJU academicians in teaching, learning and academic digital related activities
• Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed within established timelines and quality standards.
• Assist in system administration and server-related tasks, particularly those supporting academic web applications, e-learning platforms, and online academic activities.
• Conduct and facilitate training sessions for staff on infographic design, video production, e-learning tools, and other relevant multimedia applications.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standard operating procedures, quality management systems, and regulatory requirements applicable to the role.
