About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Cross-Border Product Compliance Management: Responsible for reviewing and managing the compliance of cross-border imported and exported products, ensuring compliance with EU and destination-country regulations, product safety standards, labeling requirements, and market access requirements.
• Product Certification and Documentation Review: Review product compliance documentation, including CE certifications, Declarations of Conformity (DoC), test reports, product labels, and other required documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and validity.
• Import Customs Compliance Coordination: Coordinate with customs clearance teams, logistics service providers, and overseas warehouses to verify HS codes, customs declaration information, and import regulatory requirements, supporting smooth customs clearance and warehouse inbound operations.
• Inbound Product Compliance Inspection: Conduct compliance checks before and during warehouse inbound operations, identify issues related to product labeling, packaging, certification, and declaration information, and follow up on the segregation, rectification, and handling of non-compliant products.
• Compliance Exception and Risk Management: Investigate and resolve product compliance issues, including missing certifications, invalid documentation, incorrect labeling, customs inspections, and regulatory risks. Coordinate with relevant teams to implement corrective actions and ensure timely resolution.
• Cross-Border Compliance Process Optimization: Monitor changes in EU and destination-country product compliance regulations, continuously improve product compliance review procedures, documentation management, exception handling, and cross-functional coordination to enhance operational efficiency and compliance performance.
