About The Team

You’ll be joining the JD.com team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to collect industry trends, competitor information, and customer needs. Analyze market trends to provide data support for the formulation of business operation strategies.

Operational Strategy Development: Based on market research findings and company strategy, develop operational strategies, annual plans, and budget proposals for commercial projects, clearly defining operational goals and key initiatives.

Business Planning and Execution: Plan the business layout of commercial projects, such as format combinations and brand introductions, and drive the implementation of business plans to ensure that operational work proceeds according to schedule.

Resource Integration and Management: Integrate internal and external resources, including suppliers and partners, to establish good cooperative relationships and coordinate resources to support the operation of commercial projects.

Customer Service Optimization: Establish a customer service system to improve service quality, handle customer feedback and complaints, enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, and promote customer spending and repeat purchases.

Data Monitoring and Analysis: Build an operational data indicator system, monitor key operational data in real time (e.g., sales, foot traffic), analyze the causes of data fluctuations, and provide a basis for operational decision-making.

Cost Control Management: Monitor operational costs, develop cost control measures, and optimize resource allocation to reduce operational costs while ensuring the quality of operations, thereby improving project profit margins.

Team Collaboration Management: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution; manage the operations team, organize training and performance evaluations, and enhance the team's overall business capabilities and execution efficiency.
