Your day-to-day tasks will include

Maintain license inventory tracking across multiple technology platforms (AutoCAD, BlueBeam, VergeSense, Density, Smartsheet, and others), updating records based on end-user requests and preparing purchase order documentation for supervisor review

Support vendor onboarding activities by collecting required documentation, scheduling coordination meetings, and tracking completion of steps across internal teams including Sourcing, Vendor Management Office, and Third Party Oversight

Assist with country-specific vendor onboarding by submitting requests to Third Party Oversight teams and monitoring approval status for global technology deployments

Provide administrative support for Ariba contract workspaces, including workspace setup assistance, document uploads, and basic vendor invoicing coordination under guidance from senior team members

Coordinate basic technical vendor setup tasks such as gathering SSO requirements, submitting security entitlement requests, and tracking completion of access provisioning activities

Serve as initial point of contact for routine vendor support requests, triaging license questions, logging technical issues, and escalating complex matters to appropriate team members or vendors

Register technology pilots and track proof-of-concept initiatives, completing required forms, maintaining status spreadsheets, and following up on pending approvals from security and compliance teams

Submit domain whitelisting requests for new technology implementations by completing standard request forms and coordinating with security teams to track approval progress

Support application onboarding coordination, assisting the GRE Technology team with documentation gathering, meeting scheduling, and tracking deployment milestones for software releases
