Role Summary

Provide dedicated financial oversight for the Airoli data center client engagement, where JLL delivers both direct resources and agency services. Own spend tracking, billing accuracy, and financial governance across the account, acting as the primary financial liaison between JLL operations and client finance teams. Support PR/PO tracking, SLA-linked financial governance, and cost pass-through management for site-level operational and ad-hoc activities.

Key Responsibilities

Client Financial Management & Day-to-Day Operations Lead spend tracking and budget/forecast variance analysis for the Airoli account. Oversee invoicing, payment processing, cash application, and month-end accruals/deferrals. Conduct daily AP/AR reconciliation and resolve payment discrepancies with vendors and the client. Ensure correct cost center coding, including tracking of ad-hoc repair, maintenance, and special activity costs for pass-through billing at actuals or agreed management charges. Support PR/PO tracking and indent management in coordination with site-level PR/PO staff.

Analytics, Reporting & Compliance Develop financial dashboards and executive presentations covering spend trends, cost-saving opportunities, and performance metrics for the account. Deliver variance analysis (actuals vs. budget vs. forecast) and support quarterly and annual business reviews, including financial run-rate reporting. Maintain internal controls, support audit processes, and ensure compliance with client-specific financial policies. Track and reconcile SLA-linked penalty calculations against operational performance, where commercial terms are tied to monthly recurring charges.

Stakeholder & Escalation Management Serve as primary financial point of contact between JLL operations and the client's finance department. Facilitate monthly financial review meetings, manage escalations on financial matters, and coordinate with procurement on vendor management and contract optimization for the account.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8–10 years' experience in finance, accounting, or client financial management; service industry experience (facilities management or real estate) preferred.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency for financial modeling and client presentations.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
  • Experience with invoicing, AP/AR reconciliation, and budget/forecast variance analysis.
  • Familiarity with SLA-linked commercial structures (e.g., penalty frameworks tied to monthly recurring charges) is an advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills across varied audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
