Head of Cognitive Performance Programs

London, United Kingdom In person Full-time

Location: London, GBR

JLL empowers you to shape a brighter way.

Our people at JLL are shaping the future of real estate for a better world by combining world class services, advisory and technology for our clients. We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people and empowering them to thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong. Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.

Research & Development (R&D) at JLL manages the structured exploration and creation of new ideas, processes, technologies, and solutions that help drive the future of real estate and property services. Our R&D efforts are designed to address market trends, client needs, and emerging technologies, ensuring JLL not only keeps pace with industry evolution, but leads it.

We're looking for someone to lead our approach to workplace led interventions that target the Brain Capital and Cognitive Performance of organisations, translating the emerging science of NeuroArchitecture, NeuroDesign and NeuroErgonomics into practice, with demonstrated expertise in translating neuroscience research into scalable workplace interventions.

Day to day you will be responsible for leading the global portfolio of Brain Gym offerings, from Workshops to Pilot Programs and global rollout of evidence-based cognitive performance programs across JLL's client base in all markets and industry verticals.

You'll manage research partnerships with leading academic institutions and serve as a subject matter expert to C-suite clients across corporate occupier, premium hospitality, financial services and high-reliability industrial and energy markets.

You'll own the evaluation framework that links objective cognitive assessments with self-reported health and work outcomes, and work with expert-partners to implement and integrate these with our proprietary workplace management tools.

You'll also own holistic health program design spanning movement, sleep, recovery, nutrition and stress, and translate findings into branded, outcome-measured experiences that build focus, judgment, resilience and adaptability across business lines.

Your role will work closely with R&D program management, JLL's Work Science program and JLL business line leadership, particularly in premium hospitality and corporate workplace segments, to validate cognitive performance insights and intervention strategies with JLL clients.

The role will be a part of the Global Research & Development team, reporting to Global Head of R&D and Partnerships.
