Job Profile -
- CAD Skills –
Part Modeling, Surface modeling, Assembly
design, drawing ( prefer experience in injection molded products & other plastics for Automotive applications).
- Knowledge of GD & T.
- Design failure mode and effect analysis.
- Sketching, rendering and concept generation skills.
- Material selection and evaluation skills based on the application of the products.
- Product prototyping skills through mock up with suitable scaled models building.
- Reverse engineering skills for design and development of products.
- knowledge in tool designing, manufacturing, maintenance and trouble shooting of all kinds of Moulds,Fixtures and Gauges.
- Material knowledge of engineering plastics.
- Good Exposure to VAVE.
- Good Knowledge of APQP.
- Desired Profile / Preference- 1. Exposure to Automotive OEM's.
- Good Presentation & Communication Skills.
