Build and manage end-to-end supply chain models incorporating manufacturing and distribution networks, production routings, bill of materials, capacity constraints, inventory policies, and future investment plans.

Perform scenario analysis to evaluate capacity expansion opportunities, sourcing strategies, process improvements, network redesign initiatives, and demand uncertainty.

Support annual Long-Range Portfolio Planning (LRPP) and Long Range Financial Plan (LRFP) cycles by assessing future capacity requirements and identifying potential supply risks across a 2-to-10-year planning horizon.

Partner with Manufacturing, Business Excellence, Planning, Source, Deliver, Engineering, Finance, Product Management, and Value Stream Leadership teams to ensure model accuracy and alignment with business priorities.

Support the expansion and maturity of Strategic Capacity Management capabilities across Orthopaedics and additional product platforms.

Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and analytical solutions that increase visibility to capacity constraints, mitigation plans, assumptions, and strategic risks.

Drive continuous improvement through governance, process standardization, documentation, and adherence to established planning methodologies.
