Purpose

You will be part of the Electrophysiology Supply Chain Transcend and Digital team and will play a pivotal role in a multi-year global business transformation initiative designed to modernize end-to-end Supply Chain digital capabilities for the Electrophysiology and Neurovascular businesses of Johnson & Johnson MedTech. The role will partner with functional and cross-functional teams to represent logistics and global trade requirements, validate template build decisions, and help ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and ready for adoption.

Reporting to the Logistics and Global Trade Value Stream Lead, the Process Analyst will support the Logistics & Global Trade functional teams by providing business requirements and inputs aligned with the Transcend Program across manufacturing sites globally.

You will be responsible for

Identifying, documenting, and validating global end-to-end value and product flows to support successful implementation of the SAP S/4 global template across the Electrophysiology and Neurovascular ecosystem.

Partnering closely with the Transcend Product Owner to establish and prioritize Product Backlog Level 4 items (PBL4s), clearly defining the “who, what, why” and relevant acceptance criteria.

Serving as a primary point of contact for PBL4 clarifications and engaging with key stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and requirements.

Supporting the identification of critical test scenarios and data, and collaborating with testers to translate functional requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results.

Participating in the planning and execution of system and integration demonstrations, enabling stakeholders to assess progress and provide effective feedback.

Supporting the Transcend Product Owner in verifying that delivered PBL4s align with Sprint and Increment Goals and meet defined requirements.

Collaborating with change management and system engineering teams to support deployment of the new ERP solution and comprehensive user adoption.

Building knowledge across both Electrophysiology and Neurovascular processes while championing opportunities to align processes with the Transcend global template and industry standards.

Qualifications / Requirements

3–5 years of professional experience in end-to-end supply chain logistics, ideally combined with experience in digital or large-scale business transformation projects.

Strong understanding of end-to-end logistics processes, including areas such as transportation, warehousing, and trade compliance.

Experience working in fast-paced, complex transformation environments as well as a good understanding of both business side requirements and digital/IT solutions preferred. Ability to liaise effectively between business stakeholders and technical/IT teams, translating business needs into clear process and system requirements.

Project management experience and the ability to coordinate activities and stakeholders across global, cross-functional teams are preferred.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or EWM, testing cycles such as BST/UAT, data migration, or deployment activities is preferred.

Certifications and/or practical knowledge in Lean/Six Sigma, PMP, APICS/CPIM, or Process Excellence are considered an advantage.

Other

Travel: Up to 30% of domestic and international travel required. You should be comfortable with international travel, usually for up to around two weeks at a time, and flexibility to support global project activities across different locations, continents and time zones.

From our side, we are promising a collaborative and encouraging working environment with outstanding career opportunities in our global organization.

At Johnson & Johnson, we want every candidate to feel supported throughout the hiring process. Our goal is to make the experience clear, fair, and respectful of your time.
