Risk and Controls
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOX controls, banking requirements, and applicable payment and regulatory obligations.
- Lead periodic reviews of bank accounts, signers, users, payment templates, and controls; coordinate remediation with Compliance, Technology, Internal Audit, external auditors, and process owners.
- Define and monitor KPIs covering forecast accuracy, visible cash, payment exceptions, bank fees, connectivity, reconciliation aging, and control performance.
People Leadership and Transformation
- Lead, coach, and develop 1-2 Treasury Analysts; set priorities, review work product, and build a culture of ownership, service, and continuous improvement.
