Job Responsibilities
- Execute automated, and regression testing using modern frameworks
- Functional testing – API/web/E2E
- Database experience – Mongo/Oracle
- Apply AI-enabled testing techniques to increase coverage and improve defect detection
- Build and maintain automation scripts and reusable testing assets
- Analyze testing data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Partner with product, operations, and technology teams to modernize testing processes
- Support continuous improvement of AI-driven testing capabilities
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Experience with automated testing frameworks (Playwright/nodejs)
- Knowledge of AI or data-driven testing approaches
- Ability to analyze data and identify testing patterns
- Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
Experience supporting quality assurance activities
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Exposure to AI/ML testing tools
Experience in financial services or regulated environments
